Born in 1956 in Paris, Pascal Boniface is a reputed geopolitics scientist and international relations expert. He also teaches at the Institute of European Studies at Paris VIII University. In 1990, he founded the Institute for International and Strategic Relations. From 1988 to 1992, he served as an expert and advisor for the Defense Minister of the time, Jean-Pierre Chevènement.
Pascal Boniface is the head of two major publications, which are “La revue internationale et stratégique” and “L'Année stratégique”. He writes regularly in other publications as well: Challenges (France), La Croix (France), L'Economiste (Morocco), Réalités (Tunisia), Joongang Daily (South Korea), etc.
In addition to these activities, Pascal Boniface has published several books on international relations and power struggles: « Les leçons du 11 septembre », 2001; « Atlas des Relations Internationales », 2003 ; « Vers la 4ième guerre mondiale ? », 2005.
