Henri Rouillé d'Orfeuil, Chairman of Coordination Sud, Pascal Boniface, Director of the Institute for International and Strategic Relations (IRIS), and Martin Barber, Professor at Edinburgh University's Department of Political Science and specialised in humanitarian action, disarmament and refugees are the external members of our Scientific Committee, along with, for Handicap International, Jean-Marc Boivin, Head of Political Action and Advocacy, Catherine Dixon, from our Disability Rights and Policies Unit, and Nathalie Herlemont - Zoritchak, Head of the Strategic Policy Unit.
